Balsamic Chicken For Meal Prep
Here’s a healthy chicken recipe so that you can spice up your meal prep or get your family into eating healthier!
•3lbs chicken breasts
•4 tbsp no oil balsamic dressing
•1 tbsp red chili sauce
•1 tbsp honey
•1 tsp ginger
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix balsamic dressing, honey, red chili sauce and ginger
- Place the chicken in a bag and poor the sauce in the bag
- Marinate the chicken for about 20 minutes or longer
- Cook for 15 minutes.
