Balsamic Chicken For Meal Prep

Here’s a healthy chicken recipe so that you can spice up your meal prep or get your family into eating healthier!

Ingredients:
•3lbs chicken breasts
•4 tbsp no oil balsamic dressing
•1 tbsp red chili sauce
•1 tbsp honey
•1 tsp ginger

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Mix balsamic dressing, honey, red chili sauce and ginger
  • Place the chicken in a bag and poor the sauce in the bag
  • Marinate the chicken for about 20 minutes or longer
  • Cook for 15 minutes.
